As well as building a successful financial services business, Lawrence has a long and proud history competing in triathlons, initially starting out at Olympic distance and eventually taking part in FOUR full Ironman triathlons- 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike ride, followed by a 42 km run.

This is widely considered one of the most difficult one day sporting events in the world. Only 0.01% of the world’s population have completed a full ironman. It takes heart and soul dedication; the sacrifices are enormous but the euphoria when crossing the finish line is immense knowing you have pushed your body to its absolute limit and succeeded.
